Langoš, kebab, trdelník, those fried potato spirals (these actually appear even in Japan), hot dogs were also a staple but kinda fell out of favor. Christmas markets expand the selection quite a bit with punch, mead, mulled wine. Plus all the other staples (apple strudel, grilled meat spitzs,...). Overall it's not quite as vibrant as some places, but it's reasonable enough.

For some reason it's impossibly hard to get a permit to make street food in my country and I hate it
