Gameplay. I reference Scorn. The visual storytelling and atmosphere are dope but it’s a walking simulator with bad gunplay and like 2 enemies tacked on. Boring as hell.

I like gameplay the most, and I prefer when the plot is explained through gameplay aspects rather than just telling you the story through text or cutscenes and such

Things like Monster Hunter I definitely play for the gameplay. But then there are things like 1000xRESIST where the gameplay is literally just a vehicle for the plot, the game would not exist wihtout it. So it's hard to say. For most games I prefer good gameplay, else I'd watch a show, but a few make me not care about that.
